Making Heroes out of Saints
In 2008 the Diocese of Sacramento asked a local illustrator if he would do a series of trading cards of a select number of saints for the Diocese in a style reminiscent of comic book art. On that day Grail Press was was born along with the brand Heroes of Virtue with the mission to spread the devotion to the Saints of the Catholic Church through comic style illustration. Grail Press currently offers the Heroes of Virtue Book, canvas and poster prints, trading cards, digital coloring pages and more.
